The blended role combines traditional high-level corporate governance with technology-driven contract lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will operate as the administrative and operational backbone of the legal department, executing everything from Secretary of State filings to managing the digital contract database. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented professional capable of balancing distinct administrative workflows and managing high-volume document pipelines.

Corporate Governance & Maintenance: Maintain domestic and international corporate minute books, prepare and process annual filings, manage business licenses, and coordinate Secretary of State updates.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Serve as the system administrator and internal expert for the organization's CLM platform; manage the intake, tracking, signature routing, and archiving of NDAs, SOWs, and standard commercial contracts.
Departmental Administration: Manage outside counsel invoice routing, track departmental spend, organize legal archives, and process incoming litigation or subpoena matters.
First-Pass Document Review: Conduct initial formatting and preliminary administrative review of inbound contracts against company playbooks without negotiating major legal positions.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience operating as an in-house corporate paralegal or within a dedicated corporate law firm practice group.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and deep hands-on experience utilizing and configuring enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software.
